Need repair specialist for Birmingham city centre

I live in a property that is currently around 6 years old, with a Pulsacoil 2000 boiler and a Grasstrin QE7 Economy Timer.

The problem is that my boiler seems to indicate that all systems are running as per usual but even when I put the timer on the boost setting and leave it for 2 hours (the maximum amount of boost time), there is still no hot water and the boiler has gone completely cold. I've tried resetting the timer and filling the top-up tank but still no luck.

Can anyone please recommend a specialist for me?
