Does the expansion Chamber have a overflow on BoilerMate OV SOL Empty Does the expansion Chamber have a overflow on BoilerMate OV SOL

Sorry this may sound like a silly question but my home overflow pipe seems to go like a train when the boiler a BD-10 is heating the thermal store? Also is the chamber open so I can view the valve and check?
