no hotwater at all from Pulsacoil A Class
Hi,
I have a pulsacoil A class and it is currenlty not giving out any hot water. I have checked through the other forums for advice and have refilled the tank on the top but this has not made any difference.
A red light on the front keeps flashing to say immersion heater failure and this does not go off until I switch the green switch off and on. However this is not generation any hot water, also, the boost button does not work. I am now at a loss as to what to do with this thing. Does any one have any advice?
Thanks in advance

Hi Helen,
It could be a number of thing but i suspect it is the relays which have failed, that is a common problem with this unit.
Kind regards

Thanks Gary - can you advise on how I go about getting this fixed? I live in the North West near Manchester?

Try this link:-

You may find someone local to do it, or call Gledhill Response they will cover it, but will cost a little more.
Kind regards
