Green light: NO Red light:NO Hot Water:NO Electricty cut off: YES

Hello,

I have a Pulsacoil 2000 in my flat, yesterday there has been a power cut during 1 hour in all my block,
and since then, I have no hot water !
the green and red LED at the front are off
I can hear the motor working but the boiler is not heating up
Have taken the front off the boiler but could not locate any reset button..

Any ideas?

I might manage to borrow a multi meter to someone, what do you think should be checked?

I'd like to add, if it can help, that the PSC LED pattern key indicate a normal operation on the boiler,

You need to check the integrity of the immersion elements they should read about 18ohms.
