New control board & heat exchanged - but still inconsistent hot water supply
Hi,
We have had our main BM2000 circuit board replaced, and a new heat exchanger after months without hot water or heating. All seemed fine for the first 24hrs but then I noticed that on some occasions I can get no hot water at all, even after running the taps fo several minutes. I've noticed the boiler is not firing up when this happens.
Any suggestions on diagnostics/cause etc?
Thanks

HI,
Has the jumper settings been correctly set on the appliance control board?
Kind regards
