Boilermate 2000 HW fine, no CH

Hi all, can anyone help please
I have HW fine
Just gone to use the CH and little to no heat in most of the radiators.
So far I have
Store at 72, 72 on 75 off
Heating store seems to fluctuate between 30-58 , 70 on 75 off
H57
The pcb acb lights seem to function correctly,
The ch pump seems to run, I’ve taken the big screw off and it looks like it spins and stops as per the requests.
The 2 closest radiators get barely warm and the others nothing.
Should the bottom store be reaching 70?
Anyone any ideas,
