No Hot Water Empty No Hot Water

Post  soumitri Sat Jan 22, 2011 9:04 am

I am an unfortunate tenant in a Pulsacoil 2000 apartment
I get luke warm water for half an hour after switching ON the boost manually.
This I have to do many times a day.
If I do not do this then I get cold water.

I understand that ideally I should be getting hot water throughout the day upto 50 degrees. The boost should be required only for special days.
There are only 2 people in the flat and water consumption is average.

The settings are as follows:
1. "Winter"
2. Water Heater switch as "Timed"
3. I can not switch ON the boost when the OFFpeak is ON.

Can anyone help?

If you are a tenant.
Get the land lord or letting agent to repair it.
Also you should have full instructions on how to use it.

No Hot Water Empty Sensor maybe the issue

Your sensor could be the problem or even your pump. I would recommend you speak to your estate agent or landlord to get a specialist in.
