No hot water from my PulsaCoil A CLass Empty No hot water from my PulsaCoil A CLass

I dont seem to be getting any hot water from my unit when i have it set on the timer. The timer is working and going round ok. It is also set with the correct time.

If i turn the timer off, and you the boost button, i will get hot water an hour later.

I have checked the small filler tank on top of the unit and this was low on water but i have now filled this up.

Any ideas?

If i was to have fault with the board or a sensor, would this indicate on the LED display?

If you are getting hot water from the boost button then it will not be a sensor issue or board more likely to be the off peak immersion or relay fault.

Hope this helps

Hi Marco,

If you have access to a multi meter test the lower off peak immersion you should get a reading of around 18ohms.

If you are getting 18ohms then it would point to the relay being faulty! if not the its the immersion.

What area are you in?

Kind regards

Hi Marco,

Yes we cover the Watford area, £45.00 per hour and we will diagnose in the first hour and possibly fix in the first hour if it is the relays. If it is the immersion then could take around 2-3 hours.

Kind regards

Is there a extra charge for weekend callout?
How do i go about arranging a callout to diagnose the problem and then fix?
