2 Green lights on, red light blinks 1 per sec on circut board - but no hot water
Hi all,
We've had an issue for a while where whenever the hot water tank gets filled (from manually heating during the day) the overheat manual reset switch pops out and the 2nd green light goes off. To fix, we just press back in the manual reset button and all is well, it heats up during the night. I've assumed for a while this is due to some temperature gauge not reading properly.
However now I have the issue where both green lights are on, but no hot water is being created. The green lights are not solid, they blinks rapidly and dimmly (as they have for a very long time). I opened up the case and saw the red light on the PCB is blinking about once per second.
I tried looking for a thermostat but I did not even see one.
Any ideas on what I could try doing? I contacted my landlords but they are so slow I'd like to see if there is a quick fix for this.
Thank you,
Steve

Sorry but you need your land lord to sort it out.
Check the header tank
Hi Steve,
Check your header tank and the water level. What I would also recommend is you request a free self check Pulsacoil mini guide which goes over basic faults you can resolve. Below is the link:
