Green light 1 is on
Green light 2 is off, the reset switch doesn't appeared to have popped out

The booster switch had been left on for a number of months

Please help

Dead light bulb then I expect, especially if the unit is working correctly.

I agree with Mike, the neon is faulty it seems. I would recommend you replace this, you can find the part via this site ->Pulsacoil 3 Spares

The part number is XB100

Also, I would not recommend you you leave both boost and eco 7 supply on.
