How to install a PCB board into a Boilermate 2000
My BM200 currently has a blown PCB which for which I have a replacement. I now need to install but would appreciate if someone could give me the step by step instructions of how to install a PCB board into a BM2000. I have downloaded the instruction manual from the Gledhill site but it is not very clear.
Thanks in advance for any advice.

The board should come with instructions.
Turn off power.
Remove old board.
Remove jumpers from old board and place IN THE SAME PLACE on the new one.
Put a jumper on number 5.
Fit board DO NOT TOUCH IT I USE GLOVES!
Switch on and let the unit go through its actions.
Remove jumper on 5
Switch back on and all done.
Why did the board blow?

Hi Mike
Do I need to use the same installation process for a used PCB, or is the process of using a jumper on position 5 for new boards only?
Many thanks

Jumoer 5 on GT155
The jumper on position 5 on a GT155 makes it run through a diagnostic program that switches each output on an off briefly, the 4 green LED will cycle on and off breifly from bottom to top and after the last one has gone off the heat exchanger pump will run for a second or two. I believe you can replace the board without having to fit the 5th jumper, well I have anyway without any adverse effects. It may be handy of course just to establish that the outputs and pumps and the boiler power etc. is working.
