Boiler Mate 2000 problem

Hi,

Hopefully someone can advise me???

The boiler went to lock out and will not reset. The BM2000 has the 3 green LEDS lit, the DHW pump running but no power to the CH or Boiler pumps even though everything is calling for heat! The boiler stat is set to MAX. There is no Green Power light on and there is no digital display on, on the PCB area??

Either! It's in Braintree, CM7 Essex.

If you are going to attempt it yourself - isolate the mains electricity and check that all the pumps are free by using a flat screwdriver, sometimes a seized pump can cause the PCB to burn out and may also require replacing.
