Hi I have just fitted a new system boiler to a boilermate 2000 which was a potterton promax . The problem i am having is that the boiler wont fire up at all and as it is a new boiler it must be a fault on the boiler mate. I have no idea what the problem is .Any help would be great thanks.

Hi Rumbold

I would expect the problem to be down to the way in which the new boiler is wired (it may require a permanent live feed that wasn't used for the previous boiler or something along those lines)
