Just wondered if anyone help me please - I have no hot water or heating. The pipes are cold but the board has two lines and ON showing. There appears to be a couple of minor leaks inside. When I run the hot water taps one of the pumps (r/h side) seems to be whirring but the other two pumps are not doing anything.

First check that the unit has water.
And the system too.
Have you fully read you books?
