MK Group Review

As promised....

Thank you Dale and Steve for coming out yesterday and repairing the white elephant that we have in our flat. Gledhill Pulsacoil's seem to be the bane of peoples lives who are graced with them.

I was very impressed with MK Group's service from the offset, polite office staff who are very knowledgeable, Dale and Steve arrived between the allotted times and fixed it by replacing both the immersions within two hours.

I initial thought the fixed price repair I had opted for was expensive at £399, but not only has it been repaired (lovely hot shower this morning) but I now have a twelve month insurance policy which arrived by e-mail this morning.

My husband was going to try and repair it himself and after seeing the inside of the unit, I am glad I called the professionals!
