fitted new acb now no heating or hot water???

Hi again, had problems last week with heating and hot water and after posting the problem on here it was suggested I should get a new acb which I agreed with.fitted it today now I have neither,after turning supply on the readout has -on. With led 1&2 on but my boiler is not firing up?
When I go through the readout it says 31 then oEr then H24. The 1st pump is warm(not hot) 2nd & 3rd are both cold.Please can anyone help ???

First test the switch live to the Gas Boiler ( label on the connector block where all cables going in as Boiler SL) as the bottom green led on your pcb indicating SL present. Is your Gas boiler popped out? Some have a overheat reset inside the Gas boiler and needed reset to get the gas Boiler to re fire again. I also experienced this problem once , a foe weeks ago. The brand new PCB was faulty, I have send this back and a couple of days later ,Gledhill Lab called me in for details and send me than an working new one. By the way , you also have a faulty PHE returne sensor problem ,( the /oER/ on your reading) so you also will have a problem with the hot water temperature going hot and cold ( this is not a pcb fault). The 31 is the store temperature in C ( as 31c), means almost no heat in your Boilermate to do work with.
