Hive and Boilermate 200
This maybe a well trodden path but here goes.
I have the regular 240v stat. L, N and SL on terminals L,N & 3. When stat gets cool it obviously connects L to 3.
So I connect my Hive receiver as I would any stat as they are identical to the room stat. The wiring diagram says eludes to the same. I'm a telephone engineer and not unfamiliar with this type of situation, went in to the job with the utmost confidence, alas. So the receiver gets the nod from the hub green light activates audible click but no pump activation. Clearly the L and N are good because I get power its just not switching to the SL. I'm sure its simple but its clearly the wrong terminal.

Did you llink the permenant live across to the switch I believe like most of these things the contacts are volt free to suit some setups, you will need to wire the L to 1 on the single channel Hive, 3 will be to the Gledhill. Regards Murray
