No hot water.
Hello,
im having trouble with my PolsaCoil A-Class............The first thing i checked was the cistern. That was ok.
2nd thing i did was switch of mains, then i drained the system. Took both elements off & cleaned them. They were not as bad as i thought. screwed them back in & filled the system again including the cistern to its level. The pump is turning .
Im not an electrician but i did check to see if power was going to the heaters while switched on. Theres no current going to them.
Could you please give me some advice on whats happened?

Re: No hot water.
Hi carlito66
Probably relay failure. It's about the only thing that goes wrong with the Pulsacoil A-Class!
Does it work (draw current) if you press the BOOST button? Check current is being drawn by looking at your electricity meter. The red light flashes once a second when 3kW (immersion heater power) is being drawn.
Cheers, Mike
