electrical fire in heater head cover
Hello!
My Pulsacoil suddenly stopped providing hot on Dec 23rd. I read many of the posts on this forum and ended up taking the cover off for a look inside. I unscrewed the 2 black plastic heater head covers.
One was fine, no problem. But the other had melted slightly on the outside. I had to pull it free from the burned and melted wires inside (guess this is why I'm not getting any hot water!).
So what is my next step? I imiagine I'll now need to track down a pulsacoil qualified engineer to come out and repair. If so, can anyone suggest a suitable professional in the Staines / Kingston / Twickenham area?
Any help very much appreciated!

Hi
Hi;
Yes you will need an engineer.
You may find one on this site.
Or contact Gledhill Response ( web site)
Or go to;
http://www.segel.co.uk/
Where again there is a list of engineers.
