Ive searched the forum and kind of a find a solution.The problem is that i cant find black twist cap.Please help me.

Hi zuzi82,

It is about six inches to the left of the circuit board. There is a little white sticky paper label next to it saying "Reset" (or something similar).

You black cap may have been removed and lost by a previous user, leaving just the pale brown button showing.

Also the overheat stat you are referring to may have been removed if you have had the thermostat rods upgraded.
