Boost button
The boost button on my pulsacoil a class does not do anything.
Has anyone got any clues on this.

Re: Boost button
Hi merlin,
With a name like that you should already know this is a failed R3 relay.
;-)

Thanks Mike.
All I have to do now is find out what an R3 relay is!
Can you tell me what the red LED digits should show on a healthy board?
This is the first time using a Forum, seems to work well so far!

Re: Boost button
Hi Merlin,
The questions you ask are all answered in that magical thing called the Instruction Book. You'll already know the manufacturers cleverly hide this in a pocket attached to the inside face of the front cover of the appliance.

Re: Boost button
Hi Mike.
Yes I can remember looking at the book. (gobbledegook to me)
I was trying to work out why the display was different to the display in the next door apartment.
I suppose this R3 relay probably has something to do with that.
I have a breakdown agreement with Gledhill and I was not sure if I could call them or if they would charge me as the boiler is still heating water.
Regards
