Pump wont run
Hi
I have another problem with my daughters Pulsacoil 2000. Before she went on holiday, there were no problems, she comes back and no hot water. The heat store is hot but when the tap is turned on the pump wont run, there is 50 volts to the pump all the time even when there is no water flowing! I read in another post that the pump starts at about 50 volts and ramps up, well the voltage stays at 50 volts.
Any ideas.
PS
Best regards
Steve T

Re: Pump wont run
hi seems like the pump is sticking, undo the big screw at the front then open hot tap, and spin the pump with small screwdriver

Open tap and check voltage
Try loosening the pump as instructed but also check voltage is increasing when you open your hot water tap. If the voltage is staying low as 50v, then it could be a sensor or PCB fault.
