No hot water early in the morning Empty No hot water early in the morning

Post  geeme Sun Apr 25, 2010 2:49 am

Hi,

I have Pulsa coil 2000 water heater in my flat, from last few weeks i have to use washroom early in the morning around 5 AM but surprisingly i found that HOT water doesn't come, after 6 AM it starts heating up the water ( i can hear the sound that water is heating up).

I guess it is time based heating system, but i don't know how to change the timing on this.

Can anyone please help me with this?

Thanks
Geeme

Pulscoil 2000 has 2 heaters.
One for off peak ( 7 hours) Unless you are on E10.
The other heater( the top one is for emergency ( peak)
Off peak is cheaper than peak.
Is there a time clock?
Or is your meter ( off peak ) faulty.

No hot water early in the morning Empty Supply time issue

It sounds as if the supply to your bottom immersion element is on some form of timer and that timer has not been calibrated correctly. I would have that checked first.
