Hi hope someone can help, i have no flashing error light but can see through the screwhole on the cover that the display is saying "ur" with a small flashing light below it. Water tank is about 1/3 full and there is no response to the boost button which i have never used before, thanks in advance for any help!

Hmmmm is the applaince warm or stone cold? Try feeling the pipe(s) at the top where ther come out to go to the header tank.

Not sure I've ever noticed that error report (if it is one) on the board. I'm wondering if the power relays have burned out.

Cheers, Mike

Hi Mike, thanks for the reply, pipes are cold the water does warm up to slightly warmer than when running cold water tap but only just. Real pain as supposed to have an electrician coming out to finally fitting the timer which should of been fitted when built from what i gather - what is the reset procedure and is it worth trying? thanks again for your help Also if any of the engineers are near the Aylesbury area who could come and give me a quote that would be good!
