Boilermate 3
Hi we have been without hot water for about a week now.It seems that there is no hot water in the tap or shower, the shower runs warm for about 1 minute then goes cold. The boiler down stairs seems to be working because the flame comes on as it should. What advice can you give me any would be a help,we live in the North East of England.

Re: Boilermate 3
Hi Kevin,
If the central heating works then we know the Boilermate is warming up correctly. Does it?
If it does, we next need to find out if the HW pump runs when you turn a hot tap ON. Does it?
If yes, then it's probably blender valve failure. If not, then it's probably sensor failure or flow switch failure.
Hope that helps, but unfortunately there is no substitute for being in front of the appliance when homing in on a fault!
Cheers, Mike
