Help! Red Light keeps coming on, even after pressing the reset switch
I'm hoping someone can help. My husband contacted Mike earlier who very kindly advised us that we should simply press the reset button after our Pulsacoil 2000 stopped giving out hot water with the red light switched on (green light off). This, we did, and it sounded like it was heating up, both lights switched off and it was making "boiling" sounds. However, this lasted only for 10 minutes when the noise stopped and the red light came back on again.
I'm wondering if anyone knows whether it's a good idea to press the reset button again? Whether there is something else we need to do instead? Or if we should just leave it alone and get our landlord to sort it. I'm just not sure I can deal with more "showers" using boiling kettle water in the sink!
Thanks so much for your help.

Check the water level
Hi Mola,
Check the water level in the tank by looking in the header tank and making sure you have water topped up half way. Then and only then press the reset button. If this doesn't work, call an engineer out.
