Newbie help required
Hi guys,
I have just moved into a apartment and it has a a class! Now it has off peak and on peak switches on the wall but i have No idea how it works! I have had to fill the water tank as it was low but I am still only getting warm/cold water! Also the taps in the kitchen don't give hot water!
Now can anyone with experience help me with:
1: when is on on peak/off peak
2: what's it best run on
3: how to get hot water
I know I am very new to this but wanna try everything before I ring landlord!

Pulsacoil A class
Hi ,If the electricity meter is an electricity board meter, check that it is an Economy 7 or 10 tariff, see your bill for the name of the tariff.
If it is a general tariff meter ask electricity board to change it to E.7 Once you have E7 then between 12 and 7am GMT the electricity is half price. The off peak switch becomes live only when the electricity is half price this is used to power the heater at the bottom of the tank. The 'on peak' is Live all the time and used for the controls and the boast heater. If the header tank on top is half full then the pulsacoil should be full. Switch both switches on and leave it overnight to heat up. paul.

Cheers Paul, I been getting up during the night checking the off peak and guessed it was between 1 and 6 so 12-7 suits me! I take it it I leave both on and off peak switches on I should get hot water at any time?
