No green light or fault light. Continuously flashing PSC LED.

Hi I'm looking for someone who can get to SE London area (London Bridge) asap to fix this.

The boiler won't produce any hot water, either via the main immersion or the booster.

The LED has alternated between continuously flashing (no pause) and two flashes (normal operation) during this time.

The unit is clearly receiving power but the manual reset button does nothing.

Can you help?
