systemate III, limited hot water
Hi,
I have a systemate III installed and have the following symptoms
get in the shower, run a hit tap and hot water flows then turns cold. Looking at the led display it does not register that hot water is being called for. With a basic understanding of the system the hot water 'runs out', I think, because the the heat exchanger is not being 'recharged'. If the mains supply is turned off and then on again all is well and the system works fine. Also the led for DHW seems to stay on a long time after the demand has been removed. Cycling through the SW1 and 2 switches there doesn't appear to be anything wrong.
Is this likely to be a PCB or a sensor issue? I could understand a sensor if it didn't reset itself, but would prefer to change the cheapest item possible!
any help gratefully rcd, any further info happily posted

Re: systemate III, limited hot water
Hi Steve,
Start with checking what voltage is being received at the pump when asking for hot water at the tap. I would suggest that if you are not receiving 230V then change the DHW sensor.
Kind regards
