Warm but Not Hot, am i using it right ? Empty Warm but Not Hot, am i using it right ?

hey Clever Knowledgeable people,

im living in a flat with a a-class pulsa coil, and i have two switches on the wall which im guessing is my economy power and the boost or peak power,

the problem i have is that if i leave the economy switch left on 24/7 like i supposed to do i only get warm water ok for washing hands etc but not for washing up or shower, if i want a hot shower i have to switch on the peak switch and leave for 20 mins, also on the front of the boiler there is a boost switch a green one.

as far as im aware and from reading the distractions on the front i should be able to leave on the economy switch and get hot water most of the time and now and again maybe require a boost.

any help advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Rhys

Sounds like the bottom heater is faulty.
Or a sensor.
Down load manual for your unit from Gledhill website (free)
Or get some from here, home page list of advertisers.
Or Google one up
Try Gledhill repairs in your area.
