Red light permanently on

Hi,

I've got an issue where the fault light remains permanently on, if I reset the boiler using the reset switch and set it to do a 15 min boost, it seems to heat for a short period (5-10 mins) and then fault again.

Is there anything else I can try or is this an engineer out job?

The header tank is half full and no water from it looks to be being drawn into the system.
