Hi, does anyone know how to use the emergency back up switch? I have turned it on but nothing happens.

there is a possibility that your installer has not instated the fuse for your switch backup. Also have a sneak at page 18, in the installation manual of your Boilermate A class,safiyya wrote:Hi, does anyone know how to use the emergency back up switch? I have turned it on but nothing happens.
could be also ,your twin immersion is faulty. difficult to say without inspection.
