Hi. Having an issue where every so often - at least once a day - when we run any hot water taps the water doesn't come out hot no matter how long you run the water for. The only way to resolve it is to turn the boilermate off at the mains and back on again. Any ideas? Thanks

When it does work how long can you run hot water for?
Have you checked the fault codes?
