Powered off a Systemate III for 48 hours now no hot water
Hi there,
We've recently moved into a new flat and we turned off our Systemate III at the mains power for about 48 hours. Once we turned it back on, it made sounds as if it was working, and it sounded like there was a trickling, but it isn't as loud as before, and the boiler cupboard does not heat up as hot as it was when we first arrived. The pipes get hot, but not the tank or the cupboard.
We are getting very intermittent luke warm water and then cold mains water, and I believe the central heating is not working either. The boiler was on for about 24 hours like this before we decided it would be best to turn it off before burning through any components. From reading around on the forum and online it sounds like the thermal store could have depleted?
Is this likely to be the case and if so, how do I replenish it and how do I know when it's at the correct level?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Tony.

Check your book.
And go through the sequence / commissioning the unit.
It needs to be ON and heater to perform.
Why did you switch it off?
