A Class - timings
I have my A class on eco 7.
I am finding I am having to have an evening boost which is expensive.
I am wondering if the store is being sufficiently heated from the night program. It would be very helpful to know how many hours they should be set to run for and also whether they will shut off when fully heated automatically - i.e. should I just let it run for 8 hours for example as it will shut off anyway.
Thank you very much

Re: A Class - timings
E7 or E 10 is the right way.
It will switch off when up to temperature.
It is normal to run out in the evening.
If the unit is small say 120 litres
Remember when showering it is mains pressure hot water. 10 minutes in the shower on full will use a lot.
Try using a flow re-stricter fitted in the shower hose / connection. Or perhaps a better shower head (Eco)
Also check that the header tank has water.

Thanks Mike. How long would you normally set it to run for please? I think it sounds like I may still need the evening run - bath for the baby. Thanks very much

Re: A Class - timings
E7 set it for 7 hours.
Will heat up before that period though.
PC A class using the boost button on the front of the unit. It only heats up the top half or third of the unit.
Again it will go out when the water has heated.
