A Class OV constantly calling for heat

Hi All,

Boilermate A Class OV is constantly calling for heat.

Similar to several recent posts on here, if I go through the control panel readings I get:

S.1 62
S.2 64
S.3 41
S.4 47
S.5 63
S.6 63
S.7 86

On the display board it says:
Middle Store sensor calling for heat
Bottom store sensor calling for heat
HW Programmer calling for heat.

There was a problem with the boiler pump, but this was replaced last week.

Any ideas why it's constantly calling for heat?

So no one's figured out this constant demand issue then? Where's the forum owner? He must have come across this before...

Hi, anyone got any ideas? My boilermate just won't get up to temp, flow from boiler is 80+c and my boiler mate never goes above about 68-70. Any suggestions on what is causing this?
