No lights on despite power on
Hi,
I recently moved into an apartment which has a Pulsacoil 2000. I've been getting hot water but I dont have a clue when it was being heated... so I've set the timer to come on at 5am and go off at 6 so that its within the Economy 7 night tariff... however, I've noticed that the green "control circuit on" light is off as is the red "fault" light, but the label on the front of the unit says to contact a service engineer if the green or both lights are off.
Is there a problem with the boiler since neither light is on or is it fine, like I said, I am getting hot water.
Thanks
Alex

Are you getting hot water?
Hi Alex,
If you are getting sufficient hot water but the LEDs don't work, don't worry about it. When retro kits are installed, they render the LED display obsolete.

Re: No lights on despite power on
Hi sunny.sahdev,
Thank you for your reply. I was still getting hot water, but, in the end, I contacted the landlord who arranged an engineer to come and look at the unit. I no longer live at that property anymore, so I no longer require any help with the unit.
Thanks again,
Alex
