How do I Replace a PHE sensor?
I have to replace a PHE sensor. It is completly different to the DHW sensor. It does not screw in. It seems to be stuck in with some sort of compund. Does anyone know how to remove the sensor and then install the new one?
I have been told you need Regin heat sink compound, is this correct? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: How do I Replace a PHE sensor?
You just pull it out, and you can use some heat paste compound but it is not imperative.

Re: How do I Replace a PHE sensor?
Hi Gary (Again)...
Are you sure? It looks like it solid with this compound... Are the 2 sensors in dry pockets or do I need to drain the unit down? With the heat paste, what do I do with it exactly?
Going there tomorrow.
Thanks
