Only working for a short while.

Our flat has a PulsaCoil A-Class and the other day it stopped supplying hot water. I tried the reset/boost button but this did nothing. I have checked the water in the container above and that is also at a suitable level. I have since turned the boiler off as it wasn't doing anything, but when I turned it on to confirm it still wasn't working it seemed to work on a temp basis. After a small amount of hot water it started to run cold again and didn't re-heat at all.

I have checked the manual and looked at the fault finder and both lights are flashing which the manual states there is a fault but the unit is still working. The only indicators which are not lit-up are the 'On peak heater on' and S6 sensor (top) calling'.

Is there any way to find out what the fault is? If so what information do you need?

Do you have access to a multi meter?

I'm afraid I don't know what the multi meter is? Is it part of the boiler and if so what am I looking for?

A multi meter is an electrical tester, I would suggest you call a proffesional.
