Hi I have a boiler mate 3. Recently had no hot water. Engineer changes heat exchanger but this made no difference. He says the cylinder now needs to be changed. Is this correct? The pump is circulating but no hot water returning through it only hot to the heat exchanger. Constant cold water from taps. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Wayne.
